Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Ilmcamp account and all associated data directly from the app.

How to delete your account

Open the Ilmcamp app and sign in.
From the parent dashboard, open Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete Account.
Review the warning, then tap Continue.
Enter your parent PIN to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What will be deleted

Your parent account and phone number
All child profiles and their avatars
All learning progress, quiz scores, and streaks
Achievement and leaderboard data
Purchase history

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining course access will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Can't access the app?

If you've lost access to your device or can't sign in, email support@ilmcamp.uz from the phone number associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
